Technology Knowledge

  • AI & Emerging Technologies (Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, AR/VR);
  • Mobile Application Frameworks (iOS, Android, React Native, Flutter);
  • React, Angular, Node JS Frameworks;
  • Enterprise Cloud Architecture (AWS, Azure).

Day-to-Day Tasks & Activities


  • Understand customers, their business, and the needs.
  • Act as a technology thought leader on clients’ product vision and roadmap.
  • Manage day-to-day client relationship.
  • Deliver client presentations, reports, and project/product updates.
  • Ensure the highest level of delivery standards and client satisfaction.


  • Lead the development of product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Build analytics framework to measure product performance and user behavior.
  • Ensure quality and depth of product strategy papers written by the team.


  • Stay up to date on the technology research, innovation, and advancements.
  • Solution-led thinking to solve new and on-going product and engineering challenges.
  • Closely follow tech industry giants for constant learning.
  • Deliver thought leadership through the point of view papers, presentations, and blogs.


  • Provide supervision and governance on scrum/agile development tasks and activities.
  • Establish robust product development, testing, and deployment processes.
  • Proactive reporting to the leadership team.
  • Own and publish key product metrics on a weekly basis.
  • Anticipate various outcomes and act proactively to avoid or mitigate the risks.


  • Develop, coach and mentor the team.
  • Make team comfortable and give them confidence to actively participate.
  • Meet the team on a weekly basis including scheduled one-on-one sessions.
  • Establish re-vamped hiring process for technology positions.
  • Build new technology partnerships at the local and international level.
  • Develop team goals and measure them.
  • Prepare teams’ performance reviews and growth plans.
  • Make customer obsession part of teams’ DNA.

What You Need

  • 8+ years of full-time experience.
  • BS/MS/Ph.D. in a technical discipline.
  • Well versed with agile development methods.
  • Excellent communication.
  • Know how to build a good slide.
  • Enjoy telling stories.
  • Like numbers and hence excel.
  • Able to flex your schedule.
  • Travel up to 30% globally.
