Day-to-Day Tasks & Activities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assist customer on-boarding manager for the project undertaken.
  • Liaise with Internal Stakeholders for tracking and monitoring.
  • Report and validate with customer on-boarding manager for client-submitted defects.
  • Identify ongoing troubleshoot customer technical issues and report to customer on-boarding manager.
  • Maintain quality and consistency of the ongoing process.
  • Support to outreach to clients who have not been engaged and on boarded.
  • Identify other non-transactional processes.
  • Properly document client related information for record.

Qualifications and Competencies

  • 1+ years of customer experience in B2B Environment. Experience with technology information will be a plus.
  • Degree in Mass-Communication/ Masters in English/ Social Sciences.
  • Competency to work in customer support environment (especially with customer service orientation).
  • Should be eager to learn, responsible and proactive.
  • Creative in responding to various types of customer personalities with emotional intelligence and genuine care.
  • Proficient in Computer Skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and learn new software programs quickly.
