Your role

As a SAP C4C Sales-Services-Marketing Consultant, you will be responsible for leveraging your extensive experience in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and SAP C4C (Customer Relationship Management) to provide expert guidance and implement effective solutions for our clients. You will primarily focus on residential and commercial sales, including villas, store fronts, and other real estate properties. Your expertise in SAP C4C Sales, Services, and Marketing will enable our clients to streamline their sales processes, enhance customer service, and drive marketing initiatives.


  • Collaborate with clients to understand their residential and commercial sales requirements and translate them into SAP C4C solutions.
  • Configure and customize SAP C4C Sales, Services, and Marketing modules to align with client business processes.
  • Design and implement effective sales processes, including lead management, opportunity management, and quotation management.
  • Integrate the best practices from external system Into SAP to enhance SAP C4C updates.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure system functionality and data integrity.
  • Provide expertise in SAP SD integration with SAP C4C for seamless end-to-end sales processes.
  • Support the implementation of marketing functionalities in SAP C4C, such as campaign management and lead nurturing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP C4C with other systems, such as SAP ERP and external marketing tools.
  • Analyze and optimize sales and marketing processes to drive efficiency and improve customer experience.
  • Conduct training sessions and create user documentation to enable smooth user adoption and system utilization.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in SAP C4C Sales, Services, and Marketing modules.

What you need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 12-14 years of experience as a SAP C4C Sales-Services-Marketing Consultant, with a strong focus on SAP SD and SAP C4C.
  • Extensive knowledge of residential and commercial sales processes, including real estate property sales.
  • Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP C4C Sales, Services, and Marketing modules.
  • Strong understanding of integration between SAP SD and SAP C4C.
  • Experience with marketing functionalities in SAP C4C, such as campaign management and lead nurturing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve system issues and process inefficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • SAP C4C or SAP SD certifications are preferred.
