Your role.

As an Identity and Access Management Officer (IAM Officer) you will be responsible for managing authentication identities (for human and programmatic access). In the IAM Officer role, you must be able to determine subject authorization and associated risks.  You will also be responsible for protecting critical access credentials and periodic screening of access rights to IT applications, data and systems, while detecting unauthorized access from people and malware both inside and outside of the organization.

As an IAM Officer, you will report directly to company IT Security Department, while keeping the highest level of satisfaction of Business Office and Project Management by efficiently managing accounts and permissions. You will also be responsible for ensuring that employees requests for security access are indeed warranted and completed in timely manner.

You will also provide second level technical support to project teams, end users and various functional groups. You will perform ticket management and participate in IT and Cyber Security meetings. You will will be a part of the preparation and revision of the company’s Technical Operations manual; ensures that content properly articulates procedures for safe and compliant operation. You will regularly review all published content and performs edits, revisions, and updates as warranted.

You will be responsible for creating, managing, and revoking accounts / permissions associated with company official portals, including but not limited to  
·         Active Directory
·         AWS
·         Google Cloud
·         Azure
·         0365
·         Apple platform
·         Customer Service Portal

Qualifications.
·         3+ years of experience in cloud platform (AWS, GCP, 0365 and Apple Platform).
·         Should be able to conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports for the company IAM posture to higher management.
·         Demonstrated aptitude in technology applications
·         Experience driving adoption of new technology into existing complex systems
·         Passion for understanding how others build services, and for helping understand and adopt our evolving best-practices
