This Site is operated by VisionX and has been created to provide information about VisionX and the services we provide through the Site, through any mobile applications, and related services (collectively, such services, including any new features and applications, and the Site, are the “Services”) to our Site visitors (“you”, “your”).

This Privacy Policy describes how VisionX collects, uses and discloses information, and what choices you have with respect to that information.

Information We Collect

When you interact with us through the Services, we may collect Personal Data and other information from you, as further described below:

You can visit the Site without providing any Personal Data. If you choose not to provide any Personal Data, you may not be able to use certain features of the Site or the Services.

Exclusions

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by VisionX other than Personal Data collected through the Services. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to VisionX through any means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Site or the Services, any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and VisionX shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution.

Children

VisionX does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to VisionX, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

This Privacy Policy applies only to the Services. The Site or Services may contain links to other web sites not operated or controlled by VisionX. The policies and procedures we described here do not apply to the third-party sites or services. Any links do not imply that VisionX endorses or has reviewed third party sites or services. Data Protection

  • International Data Transfers And Contractual Terms VisionX may transfer your Personal Data to countries other than the one in which you live. We deploy the following safeguards if VisionX transfers Personal Data originating from the European Union or Switzerland to other countries not deemed adequate under applicable data protection law:
    • European Union Model Clauses. VisionX offers European Union Model Clauses, also known as Standard Contractual Clauses, to meet the adequacy and security requirements for our Customers that operate in the European Union, and other international transfers of Customer Data. If you would like to request a copy of our standard data processing addendum, incorporating model clauses, please email us at dataprivacy@visionx.io.
  • Identifying The Data Controller And Processor Data protection law in certain jurisdictions differentiates between the “controller” and “processor” of information. In general, the Business Customer is the controller of Customer Data. In general, VisionX is the processor of Customer Data and the controller of other information.
  • Your Rights Individuals located in certain countries, including the European Economic Area, have certain statutory rights in relation to their personal data. Subject to any exemptions provided by law, you may have the right to request access to Information, as well as to seek to update, delete or correct this Information. You can usually do this using the settings and tools provided in the VisionX Dashboard. If you cannot use the settings and tools email us at ask@visionx.io for additional access and assistance.To the extent that VisionX’s processing of your Personal Data is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation, VisionX may do so in order to provide the Services. VisionX may also process other information that constitutes your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes, and you have a right to object to VisionX’s use of your Personal Data for this purpose at any time.

Security

VisionX takes reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no Internet or email transmission is ever fully secure or error free. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via email. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any Personal Data to VisionX via the Internet.
