This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personal Data collected by VisionX other than Personal Data collected through the Services. This Privacy Policy shall not apply to any unsolicited information you provide to VisionX through any means. This includes, but is not limited to, information posted to any public areas of the Site or the Services, any ideas for new products or modifications to existing products, and other unsolicited submissions (collectively, “Unsolicited Information”). All Unsolicited Information shall be deemed to be non-confidential and VisionX shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, and distribute such Unsolicited Information to others without limitation or attribution.


VisionX does not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under the age of 13. If you are under the age of 13, please do not submit any Personal Data. We encourage parents and legal guardians to monitor their children’s Internet usage and to help enforce our Privacy Policy by instructing their children never to provide Personal Data without their permission. If you have reason to believe that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Data to VisionX, please contact us, and we will endeavor to delete that information from our databases.

In general, the Business Customer is the controller of Customer Data. In general, VisionX is the processor of Customer Data and the controller of other information.
  • Your Rights Individuals located in certain countries, including the European Economic Area, have certain statutory rights in relation to their personal data. Subject to any exemptions provided by law, you may have the right to request access to Information, as well as to seek to update, delete or correct this Information. You can usually do this using the settings and tools provided in the VisionX Dashboard. If you cannot use the settings and tools email us at for additional access and assistance.To the extent that VisionX’s processing of your Personal Data is subject to the General Data Protection Regulation, VisionX may do so in order to provide the Services. VisionX may also process other information that constitutes your Personal Data for direct marketing purposes, and you have a right to object to VisionX’s use of your Personal Data for this purpose at any time.


VisionX takes reasonable steps to protect the Personal Data provided via the Services from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
