Enterprise Applications Support Manager

Your role

You will be part of the Enterprise Application Support team that is responsible to manage the team in the management and support of a portfolio of applications and technology solutions. You will be responsible for the architecture, support, maintenance, deployment, and enhancement of enterprise software applications.


  • You will be responsible to manage, handle and monitor the Enterprise Applications support function as per the requirements
  • You will be responsible for providing solutions all scoped Enterprise Application Support and development issues
  • You will be required to collaborate with business and key IT stakeholders to plan, prioritize, and schedule applications development and enhancement requests, while providing direction and guidance to the applications development staff
  • Making sure all Enterprise Customer problems & queries are taken care of on a timely basis as per the SLA
  • Validate and deploy new software releases
  • Responsible for data collection and reporting to the management and clients regularly
  • Experience handling & managing web, mobile, and application support
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, Enterprise Resource Planning (all on-premise modules + ORC Cloud), Microsoft SharePoint 2018, Oracle Primavera EPM, Capital Projects Management, Corresponding Transaction System, Enterprise Content Management.
  • You are also required to have an excellent grip on Microsoft SharePoint Enterprise Manager (OEM) – Oracle  IBM File Net, Corporate Performance Management, Budget Planning and Preparation, Governance, Risk and Compliance portal, UiPath RPA – Robotic Process Automation System, Oracle BPM (Business Process Management), K2 Five platform, Innovation Management software, Alfabet IT Portfolio Management, Atlassian platform (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket and Bamboo)

What you need

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 10 years minimum experience in IT Enterprise Application Support
  • At least 7 years of experience managing an Enterprise Application Support team
  • Experience working with Enterprise Software Development
  • Excellent management & leadership skills
  • Excellent verbal & written English communication.
  • Understanding of Arabic language is a plus
